?World Trauma Day 2021

World Trauma Day falls on 17 October 2021. The commemoration of World Trauma Day emphasises the importance of injury prevention and saving lives during the most critical moments. For the very first time in Singapore, CRTS and its partner institutions launched a series of virtual trauma and injury talks on the 11 – 15 October 2021, 1200 – 1300h.
This year’s theme was “Timely Response Saves Lives”. Expert speakers shared about various trauma and injury related topics such as the management of common recreational injuries, and the psychological impact of trauma. Members of public gained first-hand knowledge and fruitful tips on trauma prevention and management from the experts.
